1. Acceptance of Terms 
 
 By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by Reno Outdoors, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “passenger”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all policies referenced herein. 
 
 
2. Services Provided 
 
Reno Outdoors, LLC is a licensed transportation and tour operator providing: 
• Scenic tours 
• Private transportation 
• Custom travel experiences Services operate on irregular routes and may be modified due to operational, safety, or environmental conditions.
 
 
 3. Booking, Pricing & Payment
 
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation 
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed 
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking 
• Additional charges may apply for: 
• Extra passengers 
• Extended hours 
• Custom requests Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. 
 
 
 4. Pickup, Timing & Delays
• Customers must be present and ready at the agreed pickup location and time 
• A grace period may be offered at the Company’s discretion
• Delays caused by the customer may result in: 
• Reduced tour duration 
• Additional charges 
• Cancellation without refund The Company is not liable for delays caused by:
• Traffic 
• Weather 
• Road conditions 
• Third-party disruptions 
 
 
 5. Passenger Conduct & Safety 
 
 For the safety and comfort of all passengers: 
• Seat belts are mandatory at all times 
• Smoking, alcohol abuse, or illegal drug use is strictly prohibited 
• Disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated 
 The Company reserves the absolute right to:
• Refuse service 
• Remove passengers 
• Terminate services without refund 
 
 
 6. Minors & Responsibility
• All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 
 • The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor 
 
 
 7. Animals Policy
• Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted 
 • Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing
 
 
 8. Non-Discrimination Policy 
 
 Reno Outdoors, LLC complies with all applicable laws and does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or any protected class. 
 
 
9. Baggage & Prohibited Items 
 
Passengers may not transport: 
• Explosives 
• Flammable substances 
• Hazardous or illegal materials The Company reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe. 
 
 
10. Personal Property & Loss
 
• Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings 
• Reno Outdoors is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items 
• Lost items may be returned at the Company’s discretion 
 
 
11. Limitation of Liability 
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Reno Outdoors, LLC shall not be liable for: 
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
• Missed flights, reservations, or events 
• Delays outside Company control Liability for baggage is limited in accordance with Nevada law, including applicable statutes (e.g., NAC regulations), and shall not exceed $250 per item unless otherwise required by law. 
 
 
12. Force Majeure 
 
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: 
• Weather conditions 
• Natural disasters 
• Government actions 
• Mechanical failures 
• Road closures 
 
 
13. Right to Modify Services 
 
Reno Outdoors reserves the right to: 
• Adjust itineraries 
• Change pickup times 
• Modify routes 
• Substitute vehicles Such changes may occur without prior notice for safety or operational reasons.
 
14. Assumption of Risk, Personal Responsibility, and Limitation of Liability
 
By booking or participating in any tour, sightseeing activity, outdoor excursion, transportation service, or experience offered by Reno Outdoors, guests acknowledge that travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
 
Such risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, uneven surfaces, stairs, sidewalks, boardwalks, parking areas, historic streets, trails, snow-covered areas, icy conditions, wet surfaces, weather-related hazards, entering or exiting vehicles, and other conditions commonly encountered during travel and outdoor recreation.
 
Guests are responsible for evaluating their own physical condition, mobility, balance, health status, and ability to safely participate in any activity. Guests who use canes, walkers, wheelchairs, mobility aids, or who have medical conditions, injuries, balance limitations, or other physical challenges participate at their own discretion and risk.
 
Guests agree to exercise reasonable care at all times and to follow all instructions, guidance, warnings, and safety recommendations provided by Reno Outdoors, its guides, drivers, contractors, and representatives.
 
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Outdoors, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, fall, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from or related to a guest’s participation in any tour or activity, including incidents resulting from a guest’s own actions, inattention, physical limitations, medical conditions, failure to follow instructions, environmental conditions, or other circumstances beyond Reno Outdoors’ reasonable control.
 
Guests specifically acknowledge that Reno Outdoors cannot guarantee the condition of public sidewalks, roads, trails, boardwalks, parking areas, attractions, public facilities, weather conditions, or other locations visited during a tour.
 
By participating in a tour or activity, guests voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with travel, transportation, walking, sightseeing, outdoor recreation, and related activities.
 
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Governing Law 
 
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
