Are your tours private or shared? +

Our standard tours are shared small-group experiences. However, if you would like a private tour exclusively for your group, we can absolutely arrange that. We also offer fully customized experiences based on your preferences—just reach out to us to plan your private tour.

Where do you pick up from? +

We offer convenient pickup from:

  • Hotels
  • Casinos (valet area)
  • Vacation rentals (Airbnb)
  • Residential addresses
  • Agreed meeting points in Reno, Lake Tahoe, or nearby areas

For casinos and hotels, pickup is typically at the valet area for easy and smooth access.

What kind of vehicle do you use? +

We operate comfortable, luxury Mercedes vans with professional drivers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking in advance as availability is limited, especially during weekends and peak seasons.

Can I customize my tour? +

Yes! We specialize in customized private tours. You can adjust timing, stops, and destinations based on your preferences.

What happens after I book? +

You will receive a confirmation with all your tour details, including pickup time, location, and contact information.
